Seeking Suggestions for High Calorie Food or Drink for Cancer Patient

what do you feed cancer patient that's going through chemo and has no appetite? people always recommend protein shakes but they are loaded with sugar. the patient would need high calories to keep the strength, and liquid to prevent dehydration. what's the recommendation?

I ran across articles on this product a few years ago and think it is the only product I would try if I am ever in need of a high nutrition supplement or feeding tube product.
