Ok well, you asked for it so here we go. A new and exciting field of designer brain enhancing compounds exists. They are called nootropics. These chemicals are the ultimate rush without being harmful addictive drugs. Some people putt along in life like Homer Simpson with low cognitive function. Their brain works kinda slow, their reflexes are kinda slow. even simple math problems are trouble. And then there are others who don't have a second to lose they want it all! They want mastery of their life. They want to feel the rush of living life on the edge. Driving down the highway in an old model a car just isnt going to cut it. They would rather be strapped into the cockpit of a jet fighter. Hit the throttle and blast off. They are gone from sight in an instant. If that fits your definition of what life should be, then nootropics might interest you. The Russians have been working on brain enhancement chemicals for many years taking humans to the next level.

There are the essentials of good diet, lifestyle and supplementation. Extra Choline is good. Tyrosine works really well by itself to enhance mood & energy or in combination with moderate amounts of Caffeine, or it's superior Epinephrine or Synephrine.

Cannabidiol is likely the number one brain health compound on this planet. Many of the benefits of Cannabis can be achieved thru daily Transcendental Meditation.

Melatonin and GABA are good prior to retiring.
