Sometimes you can get a sensitivity to wheat (gluten) when you are older. This can be brought on from a stress trigger. I struggled with acid reflux (precancerous) and now juice aloe vera, take DGL, digestive enzymes, _____s vinegar, baking soda and stay away from gluten and now I feel great. My Dr. said stay away from fat and spicy food and gave me prilosec... it did not work...

Hello Saqib. I don't know if you are still having problems with the loose stools, but when I read that you had Typhoid, it triggered this thought.

Diahrrea and loose stools are cured well by drinking water with clay. Clay is a natural detoxifier, so it helps many illnesses.

Typhoid fever (and nausea) can also be treated naturally with the clay.

I read the book "The Clay Cure" by Ran Knishinsky to learn all about this. I am using the clay right now to treat a peptic (stomach) ulcer. You just take 1 tspn a day with a large glass of water. Work up to 1 TBSPN a day. I started low because the clay does cause detox--for me I get headaches when I take "too much".

When I do get a headache, I am able to get rid of it with 2 coffee enemas in a row.

In any case, I believe the clay will help you with the loose stools. And you can also take it if you ever get typhoid again, which I know is horrible. I have a friend from Uganda who had it. The nausea was awful.

I am also using the clay for nausea. 1 tspn as needed every 10 minutes--always with a large glass of water. The nausea usually goes away within 1 to 2 doses of the clay. Up to 4 may be necessary if the nausea is really awful.

Hope this helps you! Cindy

GERD: I was skeptical myself but got Apples. Don't know why they work but they truly do work. I eat one apple 3 x's a day with small meals and one before bed and if I even feel acid coming on.gala Apple's seem the best. You can cook some chix, plain rice and bake an Apple in with it. Eat oatmeal with almond milk, Apples, plain chicken, plain rice, yogurt, slowly add vegetables like green beans, baked potato, butter beans. Do for a couple of weeks and you will see improvement. Most important add magnesium to diet, need B12 to help absorb magnesium. I use vitamins and 50+. I took PPI for 14 days only, then keep to this plan slowly adding vegetables and whole wheat only products. I will always have GERD but now I feel good. When you try a new food keep an Apple handy. Diarrhea is inevitable with diet but vitamins help boost immune system. Diarrhea is also body way of getting rid of somethings. Best of luck, my heart goes out to you.
