Has chronic progressive external opthalmoplegia

i want a treatment for chronic progressive external opthalmoplegia, I m suffering from severe aquried ptosis in right eye with mild squint, severe diplopia, and facial assymetry.

Hy! Last month I did notice that my left eye is slightly drop than other one, and also my left face is sagging, and also my left face muscle is not stretching as much as the right one, kindly earth clinic tell me what the cause and how cure this. I appreciate! Thank you!

Dear Aziz Yari,

Your symptoms make me suspect Bell's Palsy.
