Fumes affected lungs

i have breathed a stainless steel spray polish couple weeks back and thereafter, I have been experiencing a pain with burn in my chest. The pain now has reduced considerably but not completely. Do I have to take any treatment for this? And does it mean that the airway of my lungs have been damaged?

Jamsheer: It is possible that you have damaged your lungs, but good news is if the damage wasn't severe the lungs will repair themselves. Try a Steam Sauna or a Vaporizer to help clean the lungs so they can repair normally. The Chinese herb Astragalus is very good lung tonic and will help rebuild the tissues. Vit-A or Cod Liver Oil will also help.
