I have had a problem with my tongue for 3 years after taking thyroid medicine. I am now on armour for my thyroid, the dry mouth and sick feeling is alot better now, but i still have a tongue that feels like it has blisters on the tip. It is not burning like alot of people have, but it feels like my tongue is in a water balloon. I run my tongue over my teeth and it feels like they have a thick film over them. I have been using all the products for dry mouth but nothing is working. Has anyone else heard of this?
This really sounds like systemic candida to me, especially with the hypothyroidism--mouth blisters, coating on tongue and teeth, burning tongue and thyroid problems are all manifestations of candida.
