Fighting candida and head pain

Posted By Dennis (Vancouver, Wa US) on 06/25/2014

I am fighting candida but have head pain and am not sure if this is related to candida or something else? The head pain is not like a head ache but is on the outside of my head, at night especially, it is difficult to lay my head on the bed as pain builds where my head presses on the bed. I usually sleep sitting up in recliner as there is less pressure on my head. It is getting to where it bothers me all day long though, but again, only on the outside of my head, like if I massage my head with my hand, there is light pain and or burning sensation all over. Any suggestions?

Thank you, Dennis

Dennis: This could be a case of toxicity. Common sources are perfumes, colognes, fragrances found in body & bath products. Food flavorings trigger intense brain pain in me. Artificial flavored potato chips I absolutely cannot tolerate.

Anyway, as for treatment, Magnet Therapy will likely bring about an immediate relief.

Hi Dennis...It would perhaps help us if you could let us know exactly what you are taking for your candida problem. From the little you have given us in your last post its very difficult to ascertain whether your head pain problems are due to Herx die off or detox or drugs or infection or some other reason.

What we need to know in order to help you is exactly what you are currently supplementing for your candida -- ie what alternative remedies and/or drugs you are using -- together with their frequency and daily dosages.

Thanks for your feedback. I have to admit that I have not really been on a sustained diet of any kind for Candida. In past I have taken different herbs mentioned to be good for Candida and It seemed to control it, and I was happy to just do that, but now with increasing head problems I am thinking I need to get serious with a proper diet. I just was not sure if the head problems could be from Candida as I have not read anywhere else where someone with Candida had this symptom? But I have most of other symptom of head fog, mood swings (severe at times) poor memory and so on.

Because I read Turpentine was good for Candida I started taking small doses of this but this is all I am doing currently. And have only been doing this for a few days.

Thanks, Dennis

Again, my head pain is not severe and comes mostly at night and only from pressure on my head, (does get severe if I don't keep turning to new position). in the past it has cleared after an hour upon getting up in the morning, but now for last few days has been lasting all day.
