Wish someone would help me. Dr.s' are no help.
I am also, looking at "The Bromide Dominance Theory". Thank you for listening. Kitty.

In addition to the good suggestion of Iodine, you might look on these pages for ideas to improve overall health.
Magnesium and Vitamin C are two other important nutrients.
I hope you will find a combination of things that will help you to feel better. It may take some time - healing takes longer when you have been sick a long time.

Your local Health food store may carry a product that worked for me, along with changing what I eat, called Syntol. I take it along with a product called Florphage and lots of good ol' Probiotics. I take the 50 billion twice a day.
You will feel worse before you feel better because as the fungus die off, the carcasses per se, make you ill because they are a mycotoxin.
A great book is called "The Fungus Connection" by Doug Kaufman. He also has a site you can look at online too, just google it. (don't know the rules on posting links so don't want to get in trouble..giggle)
Also, another book that has helped me is called "When the Body Says No" by Dr. Gabor Mate'. This will help with the mental state of understanding why this is happening to you. Why it happens to any of us really... and how to correct it.
My long story is years with Dystonia, un-diagnosed until now, and all the problems that come from bad nutrition, (easy eating as I called it) surgery to my neck along with loads of prescription pain meds and really bad side effects from steroid shots for pain. Lots of trauma in my life as well as a really bad divorce. (due in part to my illnesses and him being an unfeeling human being.) Needless to say, I am well again!
I am walking and talking, still have pain issues due to the Cervical Dystonia, but no longer so tired all the time. I know the difference when a nerve storm comes and when I felt sick all the time from CFS which for me was a Systemic Fungus Infection.
Hope this helps! There are a lot of other supplements and homeopathic things to take as well, but start with the Fungus connection. I think you will be surprised at how easy it is to get healthy from CFS. I did!
Cheers, Tamra
