I started getting arthritis pain in my hips about 5 years ago, when I was 70. In support of healing weak adrenals at the time, I stopped eating the following grains: wheat, rye, spelt, bulgur, semolina, couscous, triticale, durum... Whatever had gluten. Hi Joseph, I just posted information about Pai-da (slapping) and La-jin (stretching tendons). It is a Chinese self healing method for relief of almost every illness there is.
