Exercise, ACV, Oil Pulling Causing Headaches

Posted By Via Vapor Electronic Cigarettes.com (Bentonville, Arkansas) on 01/28/2013

Can someone please help me? I started using ACV daily, exercising (since ACV gave me so much energy woo Hoo!) I've lost 5 lbs and sugar cravings went away. But then I started getting headaches that usually flare up in the evening. I thought it was because I've dramatically cut down on sugar so I started to include some sugar in my diet (with the plan of tapering off) but I am STILL GETTING HEADACHES! Today I started oil pulling thinking maybe I am detoxing and that will help get rid of toxins. But then I got ANOTHER HEADACHE AFTER OIL PULLING. I don't know what to do now. Ibuprofen hurts my tummy so that's a no go. PLEASE HELP!

It may seem daft but in regards to your headaches , do you by chance happen to notice that your shoulder blade and neck muscles seem stiff and sore perhaps from exercise or stress that you may not be aware of. If so try stretching your neck muscles by tilting your head from one side to the other. Some headaches are caused this way from you being uncounscously stiff and uptight.

Thank you Roy. I actually never stretch my neck muscles. So you might be right. I also went ahead and picked up some Epsom salt today as well as another user recommended. Take care
