It may seem daft but in regards to your headaches , do you by chance happen to notice that your shoulder blade and neck muscles seem stiff and sore perhaps from exercise or stress that you may not be aware of. If so try stretching your neck muscles by tilting your head from one side to the other. Thank you Roy. I actually never stretch my neck muscles. So you might be right. I also went ahead and picked up some Epsom salt today as well as another user recommended. Take care
