Seeking Remedies for Essential Voice Tremors

Hi, I was just diagnosed with a mild case of essential voice tremors. Doesn’t sound like Botox injections work as well as they do for spasmodic dysphonia. I was curious if anyone out there has had luck with supplements or anything else, to make the voice sound a little better. Thanks in advance!

Did you know that RFK, Jr. has spasmodic dysphonia? He found it listed as a side effect on one of the flu vaccine inserts. I notice a scar on his neck, so I am wondering if he had some sort of surgery, as his voice is better than it used to be.
