Endocrine Fever Remedies

Does Ted or anyone have any suggestions to resolve "endocrine fever" or excess yang energy in the body? Mid 40-s female, in perimenopause, suffering from constant fever. Thanks!

I start by making sure my minerals are in balance and proper hydration. Then I balance my gut enzymes with Kefir and use healthy fat so I can absorb the fat-soluble vitamins, ADEK. Then I sunbathe 15 minutes each side of my body in shorts and tank top a few times a week, because vitamin D is a hormone. I take vitamin K in my diet to help with usage of D. I take prescription grade B vitamins, the gut makes our B vitamins but if it's out of whack it needs a good supplement and or food like Kefir to balance gut microbes. From there I use some progesterone cream and then some Dhea . Give the progesterone some time to work, like a month or two. Be careful adding stuff because hair growth is an issue while balancing hormones. Borax is also a hormone regulator and is one of the minerals we need and is tricky to start using, so read before trying.

You could drink cold water or use a frozen gel pack to help you cool down in the meantime. Blessings, Charity
