Re: High Blood Pressure...
Also to the list start adding slowly Vitamin E (Natural and NOT synthetic). Start with 200 IUs every other day...in a few weeks go to 200 every day; then in a month add another 200 to get to 400 IUs daily. Take the E away from other mineral supplements. (Receptor competition issue.) The E will make the veins and arteries more pliable and allow for better flow of blood. Also E will make platelets slick so less plaque will build up. Also consider oral EDTA (three tabs daily) to break away existing plaque. One reason for high BP is that the arteries are hardening with plaque so like a hose might have internal debris build up, then the flow of water would be increased while if the debris is removed the flow would be less pressured. Same idea with veins and arteries. Also a good E intake will reduce likelihood of other circulation issues...edema in legs; varicose veins etc. E is also a great oxygenator. If you are taking aspirin, you can stop after you are on the E since E will thin the blood internally yet helps clotting after coming in contact with the air at a bleed site.

BTW , today my neurologist suggested that I go on Lyrica. Then I told her that the company just recently settled a 2.3 billion dollar class action law suit. She replied "Well I guess it's go to do with what you're taking it for." I replied, "Well I guess it just may have been just taking it that caused the issues." Readers please beware of what your dr will prescribe to you. Thank you very much Bill. Looking forward to your insight.
