Does ACV Need To Be Organic To Work Effectively For High Cholesterol?

Posted By Russell (Sydney, ,Australia) on 02/06/2016

Hi I have heard a lot about the benefits of ACV and have a few questions. I have recently had my blood tested and my triglycerides and bad cholesterol were a bit high not dangerously so yet, but enough to want to start to reduce it somewhat. Most people I notice use organic ACV and one of my questions is, does it HAVE to be organic? I only ask because I have a large bottle of non organic ACV and was hoping I could use it up first before I buy organic next time. Another question is, are other types of vinegar good for you as well, or is it only ACV? My last question can it be mixed with juice or something to make it more palatable, and, if so, will it be just as effective?
