Shifra, magnesium might be the missing link.Replied by Littlewing (Boston) on 06/29/2018
Hey there – I am also very acidic body-wise per my chiropractor. I will tell you the same thing he tells me. Eat more vegetables and drink more water. Also maybe the baking soda drink will help you. 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup of water - will help get you a bit more alkaline. But vegetables and water too, as stated before. Also, magnesium may help, use magnesium oil as a massage may help, get it into your body via your skin but massage helps calcium deposits as well.Replied by Frances (Cabarlah, Qld.) on 06/30/2018
I had the same issues about 18 months ago with wry neck, calcium in shoulder tissues and a bone spur on shoulder blade. No help from doctors. A friend who had bone spurs on both heels eliminated them by rubbing with magnesium oil and taking a magnesium supplement. I made my own mag. oil and used it twice a day on the bone spur which reduced the pain and reduced the spur in size.Replied by Anon (Usa) on 06/29/2018
Kefir. Borax. Leafy greens juice. I have a hunch a little baking soda will help with the pain. Raw turmeric. Serapeptase. Nattokinase. What did your chiropractor say?Replied by Anon (Usa) on 07/01/2018
Relax. The things that have been suggested to you will probably work, so have some patience. In the meanwhile, put on some dark clothes and go lay out in the sun. Choose clothes that cover your arms and legs and head/face. You will feel the warmth of the sun without getting burned. It should help with the pain. You can try peppermint essential oil rubbed on your neck and shoulders, too. Any idea what may have caused your condition?
