also my night vision is terrible now and so is day vision I used to only need reading glasses but now I can’t see anything clearly due to this poisoning recently. Depression and deep sadness has started a week ago and it’s visceral feeling. I feel this deep sadness in my heart and throat kinda swells like I want to weep, also cry a lot now for emotional reasons and hardly ever cried before at all. Twitchy a lot now al over. Brain fog memory issues all new. The worst is the panic at night and not sleeping. I go several days without sleep and it’s torture. I pray all the time for guidance and I was lead to gerson therapy and here for the borax. I’m day 5 on gerson. I also followed dr Robert Morse all raw mostly fruit before I knew it was Freon and I thought it was mold in my house and/ or heavy metal and parasites. Extremely moody and towards the latter weeks angry at home for no reason.
So many symptoms . Shakes no appetite. Oh yea the turpentine and castor oil helped a lot, even in the beginning when I didn’t know there was a Freon leak and I was still being exposed. When I took it for 5 days sndtook3 days off on the third day off my panic and insomnia came back. I think it took 2-3 days back on the Turp to get it to calm down again. This was also doing the raw foods and super low fat to detox. So I switched after about a month of raw foods except the occasional sweet potato cuz I was so hungry, I decided to do Gerson therapy from home. Day 5 today. Coffee enemas help the anxiety and dark thoughts I’ve learned today. amazing! Two days ago I read this thread on borax for fluoride poisoning because Freon has fluoride and chlorine I read. When I only took 3 sips of the mixture of 1/8 t in a liter of distilled water I immediately got kidney pain and weak and sore neck and arms. The next day I got pretty intense anxiety for most of the day and couldn’t sleep a wink the second day. I only drank 1/3 of the glass, which I expected my sleep to get better by now from being a whole week away from exposure. Today I drank less than 1/4 glass and yes no sleep at 1:40 am so far again and high anxiety since 1pm . Am I too toxic for the borax? Should I continue with it? I’m scared by the way. I’m still not even sure this is the real problem, I’ve been to 3 doctors and spent a ton of money already . What convinced me it was Freon and not mold in the house was first the HVAC guy said there was a leak by my bedroom, while I was reading a book on mercury poisoning LOL desperate to find out my problem. My son’s girlfriend googled the symptoms of Freon poison and told me that was my problem, I still didn’t think it was that, well my brain was very slow of course. The dog who always sleeps with me had also recently snapped at all of us in the house and never ever had before. She also lost weight. And the night before the AC guy came over I fell asleep outside on scalping mat after days of not sleeping . That showed me it was something probably on the house affecting me . Still not convinced it was the Freon a couple days after the leak was identified, I panicked all night and went to a friends . My panic of about 24 hours finally calmed at his house very short time. ( sometimes I had panic at work but nothing like at night but I thought I might have been just distracting myself at work and that’s why I panicked mostly at home) now I’m pretty convinced it was the Freon exposure for over 5 weeks.
any advice is awesome . I take iodine 3 x a day 8 drops each, selenium, vit c vit d and k2 enzymes, b complex

Other deroxifiers I highly recommend taking in rotation:
- zeolites
- calcium bentonite clay + psyllium husk powder (organic is best).
- sodium thiosulfate (1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon ascorbic acid mixed in water once per day on empty stomach) Can take for 4 weeks at a time max. Replenish probiotics after.
- chlorella in high doses
- activated charcoal
Borax- keep trying to take it, even if you have to start slowly with very small doses.
Eat nourishing meals. It sounds like you body also needs nourishment and warm foods.

Hi,May I ask did you meant Calcium D-Glucarate or calcium gluconate?
How does calcium gluconate help detox the liver?

Hi Dorothy,No, I am not referring to calcium D-glucarate for this specific purpose. Although, this form of calcium is also good for detoxing, especially for hormonal imbalances.
