Degenerative Disc Disease and Severe Nerve Pain

Hi Ted, I have a few questions to ask and would greatly appreciate your help. I am a 42 yr. old female and have degenerative disc disease in my neck and low back. I also fractured my tailbone when I was 17, and now suffer with nerve pain down my legs and buttocks. I have had prolotherapy injects that have helped. I can now sleep with my legs bent and sit for longer before the burning starts. I have been on narcotics for seven years and would like to be free of them,or at least lower my dose.I started the ACV for my GERD two days ago and it is helping alot. I don't take vitamins because it causes my reflux to go crazy and is painful. I have not been a healthy eater and have always eaten lots of sugar. I feel tired alot and pretty sure it's candida. But,the pain meds make me tired also.I don't want to continue this cycle my whole life.I want to be healthy and feel 42 instead of 62. I did the lemon juice with baking soda before I tried the ACV and it gave me a horrible headache and I vomited. I think it was drawing out the narcotics because I felt like I had the flu and my legs were killing me. When it's time to take my meds I notice my legs hurt so I figured it's a withdrawel symptom.I'm very scared to start doing anything else other then the ACV for GERD because I'm really confused as to what to do. Should I try the HA recipe for joint pain?

I've tried acupuncture, steroid injects, prolotherapy injects, etc. and still hurting. Please give me some suggestions. I don't know what else to try. Right now I am doing ioncleanse foot baths to draw out the toxins and heavy metals. Heard it can help detox the joints, but it's expensive. Have seen alot of stuff in the water that is supposed to be coming out of the gall bladder, joints and liver. Please give me some advice. Thank you so much.
