In either case, I suggest first off that you google excitotoxins to learn all the names they hide monosodium glutamate (MSG) under and try to eliminate all food and drinks that contain it and aspartame in them. This will eliminate most of the highly processed and junk foods. I think you will see a big difference with just this change. Of course a good multivitamin/mineral supplelment once or twice a day until improvement won't hurt anything either. Also remember that magnesium is one of minerals that most of us are lacking these days.
