CRPS (Nerve Pain ) in Knee After Total Knee Replacement - Need Remedies

Posted By Kaye (Queanbeyan NSW) on 10/04/2021

CRPS (nerve pain)

I had a workplace accident 12 months ago. I snapped my meniscus cartlidge that ended up with me having a total knee replacement. fast forward to November 2020 I ended up having knee manipulation due to adhesions.

I was diagnosed with CRPS in my knee (known as nerve pain) I had ketamine infusion which was not successful. I am having difficulty weight bearing as I still also experiencing burning and electric shock sensations (that's the nerve pain) I need a remedy for this.

I have spent the last 3 months using mirror therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and understanding my pathway to pain management. I was on Lyrica and other opioids. I decided to go cold turkey and I am not taking any medication.

You should be receiving a fair amount of replies, I will add mine also. I have neuropathy in both feet, numbness, lil pain, this is what I do for it. I take 500mg 2X daily of Acetyl L-Carnitine, 3000 mcg of B-12 1pill 3Xdaily, I soak my feet in ACV apple cider Vinegar 2X daily for 30minutes. I just started this program in past 3 days, therefore it is new and I continue because it appears to be working for me. Please let me know if you try it or if you get better with another program. I am a member also of earth clinic, the best overall site. Joseph

Try DMSO - it's been a miracle for incredible pain from arthritis in my knee. I take 1 tsp internally per day and put it topically on my knee morning and night.

Have you tried Alpha Lipoic Acid? My husband takes it for nerve pain from chemo treatments and it seems to help. Check it out on Earth Clinic. Several people use it.

Have a look on earth clinic at the pain healer DMSO. I buy my supply at ozdingo.com.au Always clean your hands and the site carefully first, because DMSO carries everything which is on the skin straight to the bloodstream and crosses the brain barrier. I use white cotton pads to apply. Ignore the garlic smell.

My other go-to is Castor Oil rubbed in. The castor seed is a magic seed.

All the best,

I see a chiropractor who uses a technique called Injury Recall Technique. It works by connecting brain to parts of body having been traumatized and then releases the trauma. Not sure how it works but it does. You might want to find a practitioner who offers this therapy.
