Could These Symptoms Be Candida?

Candida/Eczema :

Hello there well I am writing this because I've been experiencing problems with my health, my hand seems to be drying up and cracked, been like this for almost 2 1/2 years, I have changed my diet drastically, I've recently stopped eating grains amd consume seeds and nuts once in a while, the thing is I've incorporated probiotic acidophilus into my diet and drink kefir, I've came up with the conclusion that its candida but I'm not sure.

My syptoms include:

Dark patchy area that was red two years proir, but now its brownish reducing in size

Cracked/dry hands

Nails looking ugly

Sometime my left knee would hurt, I'm assuming because the patchy area is on left side below left testicle but idk

Hi Rob...Your symptoms could be due to candida problems. But we would really need more info on everything else that is wrong with your health. For instance do you have low energy, brain fog or digestive problems. Are you taking antibiotics? This would help to give a clearer indication of whether you have candida or not. The list of possible candida symptoms is huge and variable because of the associated bacterial and parasitic infections that are also possible whenever you have a compromised immune system with candida.

There is a questionnaire you can take that auto-scores your answers and will tell you fairly accurately whether you have candida or not. The questionnaire is here.

Another thing that I would do is get a hair analysis done. If your high heavy metals and your bromine and fluorine levels are high then this might well indicate a compromised immune system and candida prevalence.

I also had cracked fingers, bad nails and bad feet before I got rid of my candida 10 years ago. My candida symptoms were: jock itch, bad athletes foot, heart arrhythmia and dizziness, constipation, insomnia, brain fog, low energy, lethargic, overweight, eczma, low thyroid and psoriasis.
