Continual Phlegm, Breathing Difficulty, and Extreme Weight LossPosted By At least (Texas) on 11/06/2021
Hello, I have had sinusitis since early 2020, I took ten weeks a low dose of Prednisone like 5 to 10 mg during Sept/Nov 2020. While I took that I felt better but soon in early 2021 after I finished four weeks of fasting, I had a lot of cough and took maybe three weeks of night time or common flu medicine.
From March to July, I reduced thirty pounds and had a horrible breathing problem with nonstop wheezing and nonstop secretion/gastrin or phlegm that has continued till now.
I tried many natural remedies for h pylori and to heal my stomach, but the phlegm is continuing and I don't know what I have. Is it gastritis caused by h pylori or other infection or some hormone imbalance like reduced cortisone/cortisol or swelling of gastrointestinal system or lining? I am quite distressed and worried as I don't even know how to describe or know what is my problem.
Can anyone identify these symptoms and give me some feedback. I have had no health issues in my 60 years of age and now I am suffering from asthmatic attacks, reduced appetite, and loss of forty pounds! I have always been a vegetarian and have more or less been healthy!
I have been a visitor to this great site for many years as I study alternative health. I am in great suffering and there are no specialists available for months. I don't want to visit any hospital here as I wish to remain alive. Can't trust allopathic system and abusive "health care" providers.
Please share any suggestions or experiences.

My suggestion to you would be to try Black seed oil half a tea spoon at least twice a day to start with. you can mix in tea, coffee, soup or hot water and take it. This will reduce your phlegm development and will also help you in your sinus problem.
Good luck

Are you able to see a naturopathic practitioner who can run the appropriate lab tests and give an accurate diagnosis?
Once we have a diagnosis, we can make appropriate suggestions for remedies to try.
