It sounds like bronchitis to me. Try a Castor Oil Pack for three nights in a row.Replied by Myway (Wilmington, De) on 06/11/2015
Mary, the two remedies I would try are black seed oil (nigella sativa) and oil pulling. Take 1 tsp of black seed oil in the morning and at night. The oil pulling procedure is found on this site. I use sesame oil....start slow and be consistent.
Good Luck!

Dairy food is usually the culpritReplied by Aaron (California (ca)) on 04/12/2017
This can be caused by several things: Food Sensitivities (often dairy, gluten, corn), EoE Esophagitis (can go hand in hand with food sensitivities and mold), Mold Exposure, Acid Reflux or LPR, Sinusitis, Candida and Allergies. The complicated part is figuring out which one it is because treatment will vary depending upon the cause.Replied by Kt (Usa) on 04/13/2017
I had this when it had not rained here for awhile, the pollen count was high and I slept with the window open. It never occurred to me because I didn't sneeze or feel stopped up that bad. I just had a lot of phlegm in my throat. I noticed the pollen on the windowsill the next day as I closed the window. That cool evening breeze was not healthy fresh air. I took more vitamin C and that cleared it up. I don't sleep with the window open unless it has rained.
