Can I Dilute Apple Cider Vinegar In Juices Other Than Apple?

Posted By Ann (Tn) on 12/09/2015

Hello everyone, just wondering if drinking apple cider vinegar with other juices such as pineapple, cranberry, etc will take the gallbladder pain away? I do not have any Apple juice on hand and don't feel up to going out. Anyone know Has anyone tried rubbing ice for pain? Thanks.

It should be fine to dilute the Apple Cider Vinegar in another type of juice or even water. I would pick a less acidic juice though, given the option. I have not used ice for gall bladder pain. I would think it would make you tense up muscles and feel worse. I have used a castor oil pack and heating pad over the gall bladder area during a bad attack and found it helpful.

If you have GERD (gastric reflux disease) DO NOT use ACV. My MD advised against it as it will aggravate the condition.

It is odd that your doctor says not to use Apple Cider Vinegar for GERD. On this site alone 65 people have reported it to help GERD.
