Hm. That sounds severe. I would suggest you do a Google search about it. Eat really healthy. Keep the technology out of the sleeping area. Shut off the breaker to all the power in the apartment before going to sleep. Avoid using electronics as much as possible at least until you feel better. Put the bed against an interior wall to keep it away from other apartments' electronics. There are paints and fabrics and things like orgone and shungite. Try Vitamin B12, should protect the sheet of nerves. And also a Vitamin B with all 8 B's in 50 or 100mg/per day and Vit. D. according to a Neuropathy doctor from the USA for chronic headaches and migraines. Also may be GABA for sleeping.
