Borax Dosage for Painful Osteoarthritis

About 19 months ago I came down with Osteoarthritis. All my joints are affected. My hands are getting deformed with the thumbs bent down and out, and knuckles are swollen with 1 lump currently on my index finger. My feet have pain along with my ankles whenever I walk. My right arm hurts when brushing my teeth. Due to the bad arthritic knees my walking is limited and painful. I started putting 1 tsp. of borax in 1 liter of water and taking 2 tsp. of this every day with food, it's only been a couple of days now but no results. Is this the correct amount to take in my case?

I also take mag. vit. d3, daily vit/min supplement, and have drinking bone broth for 2 weeks with no results.

I could use some direction as I am anxious to be cured of this. I have elevated white blood cell count and would like to normalize my blood too.

Jill, I do not know how long you have been taking d3 . if your receptors are depleted you can expect some mild to moderate joint pain. You will find this diminishes once your levels rise. The things that help are many. Theraputic doses of borax for women is 1/8 tsp of borax in 1 liter of water, drunk through a day 4 days out of 7.

To take the excess calcium out which causes the joint mess is the alkalinity drink. 1 whole lime or 2 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar in a glass. Add 1/2 tsp baking soda let fizz add 1/2 glass of water and drink 1/2 hour after food 2x a day 5 days out of 7. This removes excess calcium in joints and blood(calcium shells) over time without herxmeier reaction.

To further fight pain and optimize your vitamin d3 taking it with a fat I use butter off a spoon. Another choice is fat bombs which are healthy and helpful recipes on pinterest or Google it.

The best joint helping supplements are collagen and Hyaluronic acid. I make mine in bulletproof coffee 1 cup of coffee in a blender 1 scoop collagen 1tbsp butter 1/4 tsp mct oil or coconut oil. I then add 2 open caps of h.a. and blend 10 to 20 seconds. Drink.

Soaking in the tub will change your life. Here is my therapeutic mix. 5 drops Lemon 5drops lavender essensial oil. 2 cups borax 2 to 4 cups Epsom. 1 cup hydrogen peroxide to oxygenate you body and blood. Add 1 capful of fish tank dechlorinator to water to protect your heart from chlorine and chlorine steam. 20 minutes or longer.

Ted here on earth clinic says that a virus can live in joints so then it is 500 to 1000 mg. L lysine 1000mg of vitamin c I use sodium ascorbate c reacted with baking soda makes it more absorbable. Mix these in a glass of water take 4 hourly doses for 3 or 4 days I sometime just include these in my alkalinity drink. I buy methylene blue from the aquarium shop you fill bottle with clean water then in a dropper bottle take 1% of that liquid using dropper add to dropper bottle add clean water. 6 drops of this in your lysine solution to further healing.and improves so much. That is the time Ted says determines what is working and you can go from there.

The most important joint pain supplement is magnesium it is needed to replace the excess calcium we all have. I use 2 types mag oil made from magnesium flakes. In a canning jar 70%flakes 30% clean water let stand 1 hour cover shake, pour into dropper bottle. I use this topically which stings if your body is low, then. Once that stops should never happen again. Internally you can take by drops to bowel tolerence. I also take magnesium malate which is great for loose stool types for the more constipated people it is mag citrate. Dose working from 250mg to start up to 600mg.
