Help Needed for High Blood Sugar

Posted By Lila (Washington, Dc) on 03/20/2016

I had a Blood Sugar of 420 two weeks ago. The doc put me on metformin, and glizapide. Week 1 BS were never below 290, fasting. Yesterday, I fasted, woke up with a BS 180. Drank a cup of herbal tea, felt funny, really dry mouth, and BS 246 90 min later. No sugar in the tea. Doc want to put me on insulin. I have been extremely careful with my food for the last two weeks. No added sugar, no fruit, lean protein.

Anyone have any similar experience and what did you do to solve it? Do not want to go on insulin and would like to get off these meds.

Lila. on Earth Clinic there are many ways listed to control blood sugar. Ted is usually very accurate and simple to follow here is one post answering your question. Using your back and forward buttons you can read his other posts related to blood sugar.

Other factors to consider are taking Thiamine mononitrate vitamin b1 in the mononitrate form as some are having very good luck with it.

Best advice is to take one cup of Kefir in the morning on empty stomach for 8 weeks. This will solve your problem of high blood sugar.

You may refer to the Kefir section under Diabetes Type II in EC.

Best wishes P. Raghavan.

If you read the side effects of metaform, it states that it raises the blood sugar plus many other side effects.

Diabetic 1 is lack of insulin. Diabetic 2 is too much insulin.

If you start on insulin your body will quit making insulin. Check out the ph factor in controlling your blood sugar spikes and look up on the earth clinic's site and find other cures.
