@K: I would recommend starting Kidney support as HBP causes kidney problems and visa versa. I get good results taking Cranberry softgel fallowed 1 hr w/ Dr Christopher's "Kidney/Bladder Formula". To reduce the risk of stroke or heart attack take Manesium, Potassium, Carnitine, CoQ10.
If these suggestions don't improve the numbers, drop the K/B formula and start an herbal artery cleans as posted here on E.C. If the herbal cleans doesn't improve the numbers try either Nattokinase or Serrapeptase to remove scar tissue.
