Chris I haven't tried it yet but I have read that "Grounding" yourself is very good for EMF. You can google "Grounding". One thing to do is to walk outside with BARE feet. Or Alternatively walk in shoes that have a leather sole as rubber does nothing. Or walk with a special strap connected to your feet and to the soles of your shoes.
You can also get special sheeting that connects to an electrical outlet and to the sheet and it grounds you while you sleep. There are also mats that ground you while you are on the computer.
