Best way to stay healthy

What can I do to virtually never get sick again? Is it daily vitamin C, vitamin D, lysine and eating a mostly alkaline diet and washing with diluted H2O2 all the time? This flu kidney pain killing me. Inconsiderate sick people at work and home are often around me at work. They can't afford to take day off but may coughing without covering mouth and drinking off public coffee cups and just rinsing them with water and putting them back and grabbing a strawberry off my plate at lunch. Grrr...

When I feel like I am coming down with a cold, sore throat, or even a twinge in my throat I take 2 royal jelly capsules and 2 Echinacea-golden seal complex capsules. 3 times a day. I used to get sick every 3 months and I haven't been sick since July 2010. It's been 5 months and I have taken these pills a number of times and I never get sick. I get these pills at 2 bottles cost 11.00 dollars! For any type of stomachaches I take apple cider vinegar or aloe vera.

If you're one that seems to catch everything going around, then the daily addition of Astragalus may help as well as a mushroom formula. Also.... I've been taking Epicor, a dried yeast fermentate, claim to boost immune function.. So far no colds this season. However, I have only found anecdotal claims to its effectiveness. The claim that "factory workers" making it never got sick seems like a good marketing story... Though reading the testimonials on Iherb, if they can be trusted, are impressive.

I have the same problem - no immune system and just sick all the time, catching everything. I use colloidal silver and it takes care of my constant issues - sinus, etc. It helps one to recover faster from viruses, etc. I use immunogenics brand; it's very good.
