How to Heal a BCC on Eyelid?

Posted By Lisa (Gold Coast, Qld) on 11/29/2022

Hi there, 18 months ago a small pea sized bump that was painful appeared under my left eyelid. I say "appeared", but there was no obvious lesion or infection or anything like that. It felt like it was below my eyelid, not on it at the time. I went to the GP a couple of times and they said it was likely a cold sore and prescribed anti virals. The sore didn't go away for 6 months, then it emerged as a very small lesion on my eyelash line. It was a red scab, very small, for quite some time, then it just became a rough piece of skin. I have been referred to an opthamologist and I am afraid they will tell me it is a BCC and needs to be excised. I've reviewed the natural remedies here for BCC but none seem to be appropriate for the eyelid (ie.ACV, hydrogen peroxide etc). I have been putting castor oil on it at night which has definitely stirred up the cells, there is crusting each morning as a result (and it has improved my vision in that eye), but after some weeks, the skin still looks the same - rough. Is there anything you can recommend?

Hello Lisa of Gold Cost,

Regarding your post, it's my understanding that all you know for certain right now is that you have an eye infection. I had to deal with a terrible eye condition this year that did not want to leave. I bought some oregano oil supplements by chance and swallowed these soft gel-caps at least twice a day. Lo and behold, the eyelid healed. Oregano oil burns so do Not put on the eye, just swallow it, it will do, what it do from inside to the out.

Anyway, that's the way it helped me. Now, I do recall having some bumps I applied it to and it dried it up. But, that bump was on my leg.
