Is Royal Jelly Contraindicated for Asthma?Posted By Bonart (Ravenna, Ohio) on 12/06/2015
I have adult onset asthma that's been under control since I have started allergy shots I'm doing very well with that. I buy local honey, have no problem taking honey. I picked up some royal jelly-took one softgel now reading on line about royal jelly those with asthma should not take it--it can cause an asthma attack. No signs of an asthma attack--just that my sinus problem seems a lot better.
Now--should I take the royal jelly? There were no warnings on the bottle for people with asthma taking the product. Suggestions appreciated. I read earth clinic daily-really get a lot of help from real people.
