Apple Cider Vinegar, Borax, and Hydrogen Peroxide for Scalp Problems

Hi, been suffering with really painful spots in my scalp for about four months. Going to try ACV, H2O2 and borax as recommended here. Just wondered what ratios I should use when I prepare them.
1 part ACV with 1 part H2O2 with 10 parts water. As for the borax, try 2 tbs to 2 cups water (if you have too much it will just crystallize to the bottom).
