Anyone has good results treating chronic fatigue syndrome

Posted By Rose (Girona, Spain) on 03/18/2010

As I cannot see recent posts on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome remedies, I'd like to make a call out to any person who's dealt or currently dealing with this illness who is having good results and could share it with all of us who still haven't been able to beat it. Thanks in advance.

Hi Rose...You will be able to find all the descriptions of causes and remedies for CFS here:

https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/chronic_fatigue_syndrome.html

And prticalarly read about Ted's remedy at the top of this page to understand more about CFS.

There can be many causes for CFS, even doctors don't understand it, so since you may not know what has caused your own CFS problems then you should, perhaps, follow this route:

1. Try and understand everything you can about your CFS.

2. Cleanse your body of all heavy metals.

3. Cleanse your body of all halides -- chlorine, bromine, flourine etc.

4. Adopt regimens that directly attack and purge viruses, bacteria etc from your body which may cause CFS.

5. Continually support the liver/kidneys/intestines/blood throughout your regimen via diet, herbs or other natural chemicals(alkalizing).

6. Continuously, and from the outset, rebuild and support your immune system.

If you have any problems, then just ask away on EC, you will always get an answer.

Thank you Bill for your suggestions. I've already read Ted's remedies and find them very useful. The thing is that I don't really know the cause of my CFS and I've already tried all what he says along with so many other things with no success. Now the problem is that I feel so overwhelmed which such a quantity of things to take or do that I would like to just stick with something that I know for sure helped others. I'd really like to hear from other testimonials who'd been cured from CFS (not the kind that just want to sell books).

Hi Rose, Like you I had tried everything and then some with only a little results. I have been diagnosed with CFS and fibromyalgia. I have suffered with fatigue and pain horribly. At my latest doctor visit I was told these aliments can be cause by a retro virus and a blood test would be available soon. This would explain why some recover and others don't. I have changed my treatment strategy to coming after muting virus and there is plenty on EC to help with this. Make you sure you continue to cover your bases like heavy metals, fluoride, parasites, candida and most importantly Ph balance. Hope this helps.

See link below on retro virus causing CFS.

Thanks for your comments. es I know on this retro virus but it is still on investigation phase, not all people with CFS has it as there are other triggerers of the illness, and it is a bit like the Epstein Barr virus, which almost all sufferers have, which was also linked to CFS, but there wasn't a medical remedy to treat it though.

By the way, why do you mean by "coming after muting virus" treatment approach that you're doing?

Kind regards

Hi Rose, You are right CFS can be caused by other triggers that is why I phased my comment with those who don't get well after trying other remedies or treatments for many years. There are other medical publications online giving more detailed science proving certain CFS are caused by a retro-virus.

Sorry about the spelling error I meant mutating virus. lol My doctor told me the treatment for CFS/Fib caused by retro-virus would be the same treatment as for HIV. Although, certain CFS is a retro-virus unlike HIV it is not as contagious. As far as finding remedies on EC I would study remedies for HIV and Viruses.

Taken from Wikipedia - Because reverse transcription lacks the usual proofreading of DNA replication, a retrovirus mutates very often. This enables the virus to grow resistant to antiviral pharmaceuticals quickly, and impedes the development of effective vaccines and inhibitors for the retrovirus.[6] Read the rest of Wikipedia to get a full understanding of what a retro-virus is.

From what I can tell from my research in dealing with a retro-virus is a need to interrupt the growth cycle of the virus. One of the items I am using to help with this is BHT plus changing up the viral remedies I am using often so the viruses cannot adapt to them. Supporting your immune system is a must and many of the remedies do. One thing to keep in mind viruses and pathogens need heavy metals, fungus, chemicals, toxins and a acid body to survive in.

For me if I test positive for a retro-virus I am not going to use the toxic cocktails prescribed for HIV. Instead I will stick with the remedies I find here on EC or from other research. I am sure this can be reversed as others have accomplished this. It is all in knowing what you are dealing with and the proper application. I also study natural remedies for cancer as some cancer are caused by a retro-virus. Hopes this helps. I understand what I read but it is hard sometimes getting it across.

Try Lugol's iodine/iodide in up to 100 mg a day for 7 weeks.

It cleared up my brain fog, brought my body temp to normal, reduced the fevers, got rid of the swollen Lymph nodes.

Take it with a good multi that includes at least 200mcg selenium (or eat one or two brazil nuts daily). Also take 3, 000 mg vitamin c throughout the day.

Use Ted's akalizing formula.

Add in Lysine for a month, it kills herpes related viruses, and/or turmeric, and/or garlic, and/or oregano oil, and/or olive leaf extract; and use L Carnitine too. 600 mg magnesium citrate in two divided doses stopped my panic attacks and helped me to sleep better. Melatonin and various other herbals are good for sleep, as are various sleep meds you can get from your doctor. You want to use small enough doses of each that you don't feel hung over the next day. It may take 5 or 6 different sleep aids. You must, must, must get 8-10 hours of (uninterrupted) sleep every day for your body to heal and to create hormones that keep you in balance so keep trying to find things that help you sleep.

If your hormones are out of whack, get them into whack! Use natural hormones if possible. I use progesterone cream two weeks per month for acute depression. It didn't work for me in my 30's, but works wonders for me in my 40's. I recommend a brand developed by Ray Peat. It is made in vitamin e oil, which is also helpful.

This has restored my brain function, sleep, helped with skin and cured the headaches and IBS but has not restored my energy levels, although they are somewhat improved. I am now trying d-ribose for that.

There are other supplements to take as well, you can read about them here on earth clinic but I'm not sure how necessary they are.

Not wanting to spend the money on all these created 2 years of being completely bedridden. You have to attack the problem from all angles, then decipher what worked.
