Alternatives for treating tooth after root canal

Posted By Allnatural19 (Montreal, Canada) on 11/17/2014

Hello. 4 years ago I got a root canal on one of my upper molars and I am not content with it.

The problem is that the gums above my crown are blue and purple, and every time I floss I feel pain.

Another question, when the pulp is removed is it possible that the dentist has not removed all of it successfully? I heard that some parts are out of the reach of the dentist's tool and as a result are not pulled off.

So do you have any alternative suggestions for taking care of the tooth? The idea of having a porcelain crown and latex filling is sort of disgusting too.

Thanks for your help!
