On reading your remedy for Myopia, I have a few quiries: I also developed myopia around 4th grade, but when I left the city to live on a farm in the sunny Karoo, and had fresh veg available in abundance! The problem is, being in my 50's what kind of outcome could I expect, as you state that the muscle atrophies? I am not sure of my refraction, but am able to see clearly for 6 inches without contacts/glasses. I also now need reading glasses in order to read when I have my contacts in!
I also have one daughter of 25 with similar refractive problems to myself, and the other is mildy far-sited.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Peace be upon all readers. I have long sightedness, my vision is 7 for both eyes. If anybody has suggestion to help me I will be very appreciated.
