Hi, donna from Baltimore: clean your tongue with baking soda 1st thing in the morning and at night before goind to bed, use brush to clean the tongue. It'll control your yeast problem. I cannot use any tooth paste other than Close-up with lemon and mint. All other tooth pastes make the tongue worst, gets white with yeast (candida). Some times I also use a bit of salt with the paste. I have also started drinking water with baking soda after reading so many things being cured with that from earthclinic.com Mix 1/4 tsp of soda in a large glass of water. Always keep one glass of water with baking soda ready so that whenever you need to drink water, you drink that water.
