The reason I had lab work done to begin with was my chronic and sometime severe constipation I have had for, well decades really, and the bloating after eating. At first I felt the bloating was just after certain foods but then it was bloating after eating anything. I have been recently diagnosed with Hashimotos (I have been on hypothyroid meds for 17 years already) and leaky gut. I am now taking a handful of supplements, probiotics, enzymes and have begun an anti-candida diet (for the past 2 weeks). I am still getting extremely bloated sometimes without even eating anything and I am still having to take daily enemas (and I have been using Jennifer Daniels vitality capsules).
What else can I be doing/eating/taking that will lessen the bloating, and cure the constipation once and for all? Any help is greatly appreciated. This is a magnificent website that empowers people about their own health! THANK YOU!

M: Turpentine is an excellent antiparaside & antipathogen but adding other herbs like Oregano, Garlic, Black Walnut, Clove, Wormwood, Neem, Oregon Grape (any or all these) will make for a much more broad-spectrum effect.
Two more items should clear the way for you. One, take a spoon of Milled Flax Seed with food or drink 2x daily to help clean the colon. Two, adding a Zapper (a standard 30khz Hulda Clark will suffice) treatment fallowing the Turpentine or herbs will greatly increase the effectiveness.
