I would like to know if apple cidar vinegar can be used by women going through menopause? and how do we take same? Can the vinegar be used on my neck and face for skin warts?
I use Castor oil on facial warts and it knocks them right out. Put castor oil on it then cover with a bandaid and in about 3 days it starts flaking off.
