Apple cider vinegar for UTI if struggling with severe Dyspepsia?

Hi,

I've been struggling with a UTI for nearly 3 weeks now. It responded to antibiotics then came right back, with flank pain, indicating kidney infection. It partially responded to the second type of antibiotics, then the 3rd type of antibiotics caused severe antibiotic-associated diarrhea (likely c. diff) so I cannot take further antibiotics.

I have tried d-mannose - this used to work but is not working this time around. Cranberry pills helped after super high dosage - but this caused TERRIBLE stomach pain, indigestion and GERD. I could barely eat or drink.

I'm reading here that apple cider vinegar is a good option for many and I'd like to try it, but I am very concerned that I won't be able to tolerate it due to the stomach issues. I have not been able to tolerate acidic foods for a while and the pain I am having now in my stomach is next level!

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Coconut is amazing . I bought Bruce Fife coconut cures book. I have used a lot of it over the years in many forms. This week I am eating pumpkin coconut milk pancakes . I also made some coconut milk pumpkin custard . Found a recipe online. It is anti microbial, anti viral, anti fungal, and anti bacterial. You have to start on very small amount due to stuff dying off while you use it. You can start by using it on your feet if that is all you can handle. You are already uncomfortable. Next I would say ginger with a bit of lemon . Fresh ginger is strong. You cut a few dime sized pieces and pour boiling water over it and let sit 15 minutes and add a squeeze of fresh lemon. Castor oil on the skin over any problem area will help a lot . I also take it by the spoonfuls . Possibly xylitol would help with the out of balance flora in kidney but I would take some molybdenum with that as candida die off is pretty unpleasant . D-3 and K-2 this time of year would give you a boost. As far as dose goes I always start one thing low dose. Listen to your inner voice, like, ask yourself, what do I have peace to try here and then start small. Extra water would help your kidneys . Leave your water out, uncovered for an hour and the chlorine will dissipate and be less disruptive to your iodine stores. Make sure you eat some pink salt with extra water. I use soy lecithin granules daily for my gut health, It emulsifies bad fats out of the liver and organs and you just feel more clear headed with extra choline and inositol from it and it seems to clear up the gut. Other than that I use ox bile so I can produce bile to digest my food because when you are stressed your body goes into fight or flight and stops digestion and then the whole system goes into a frenzy . Eric Berg on youtube has lots of gut insights . Our Ph is not acidic enough but it feels acidic because your stomach hurts because it can't digest stuff. Take your pick. Blessings, Charity

Hi Shembleu,

The Apple Cider Vinegar diluted with water and applied topically using DMSO might work and will bypass the colon... Drop it onto the skin as close to the bladder as possible. I have stopped bladder infections in my dogs very quickly with this technique. Also, people on EC have reported great results using the ACV "swish" technique... which is basically a little Apple Cider Vinegar bath where you swish warmed ACV from a dish into your crotch and try to get it into your urethra. This technique, which sounds funny, can work remarkably fast on painful bladder infections according to a few posts on the site over the years! Just two ideas for you!
