Peppermint is very good for bloating and digestive issues. You can drink peppermint tea with meals, before meals or after meals. Try and see what helps. You can also get peppermint essential oil and put a few drops in water and drink it when you have syptoms. There are even peppermint gelcaps you can buy for this.
The other thing I know of that works well for bloating is charcoal. 1 t. In 6 oz. Of water. Just don't take it within 2 hours of medications.
