Aching Pain in Foot Bones - Arthritis, Chemo or Allergy?

Hello. I'm a cancer survivor who battled leukemia about 3 years ago. When I was in the hospital before, I would get aching foot pain in my bones and it would only feel better if my feet were massaged. During 2011 the pain came back to my feet and I didn't know the reason why. Then it went away after a few months.

I recently found out (in 2013) that I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and eggs. Eggs and milk cause me pain in my feet (sometimes arms or legs). And when I eat foods with msg (Monosodium glutamate) it can cause pain in my feet, through my legs, and arms.

I talked to a naturopathic doctor and he said it was inflammation in my bones. I talked to another doctor who studies internal medicine and she told me a long name that I couldn't pronounce but I totally forgot. (my fault) I stopped eating everything that I'm allergic too, but recently my feet pain has come back again but putting my feet up helps.

Do I have some type of arthritis or something? I'm only 21 and I know you only get that when you old. I have an aching bone pain and it sucks. Could it be the nerves? It's my whole entire foot to the core. My naturopathic doctor says it's the result of chemo.

Any experiences, advice, suggestions? Thanks!

Within the year of starting drinking coffee at home and using store bought white sugar, I noticed such aching in my foot bones, then elbow joints, then in my knuckles. By the time a year passed, I'd drink a cup of coffee with the white sugar at breakfast, and that night getting into bed, my legs would feel frail as toothpicks, and my feet could hardly flex for the pain. The dr wanted to do all kinds of osteo tests and shot regimens. I stopped the sugar. He got mad and said I'm loony and it was all in my mind. I asked why he didn't suggest that before, and why he was willing to do procedures before I got better? He said maybe he should have referred me to a psych dr for my 'issue'. I'm all better, no sugar or artificial sweeteners. Honey is still in my diet, but no sugars. What a total life difference! (please understand, I am not minimizing your cancer diagn, just relating that the sugar soda thing was life-altering in my very busy life).
