70 year old male with emphysema

Emphysema: I am a 70 year old male, smoked from age 17 until 8 years ago. On oxygen, symbicort, theophylline, and advair. Cannot take pills. What should I be doing to get or at least maintain? I am now having a pain in my armpit going down to the elbow, think it's due to the inhaler. I do not cough. Just constantly feel I'm not getting any air. Thanks.

Start taking Cayenne and garlic, the first effect is that it opens up all the small capillaries and is virtually instant. The garlic then floats the muck off that's blocking the lungs, when all the mucks up continue taking the Cayenne as the lungs will regenerate. I've smoked since I was twelve , and was getting quite breathless in my fifties, I still smoke 8 rollups a day. But the breathlessness went away after about a month into the treatment. Just giving up smoking will just cause weight gain, stress etc. If you live in a built up area and are a non smoker the air pollution is the equivalent of fourty untipped cigs. per day. So its a good idea even if you have never smoked. I just took about three cloves of garlic stir fried if you want, and about half a teaspoonful of store bought cayenne, smeared into the butter on a sandwich. If you do this the butter coats the small hairs on the Cayenne so it doesn't burn so much. Anyway you get used to it and end up liking it. Someone reported on this site that they got off the oxygen and went back to work, Its well worth a try. As it stops a few other age related problems.

Try Jack's Tea. Works great for bronchitis, copd, breathing. Search the emphysema page on EC for Jack's Tea.

Good health
