Hi Krystal - Have you had your thyroid checked lately? It's incredibly common for women to have underactive thyroids - now more than ever. Also, sometimes when you've had a number of children in a short period of time, it can deplete your thyroid hormones. You may want to check out books on thyroid at the library or just Google "underactive thyroid or hypothyroidism" to see if you have similar symptoms - easily fatigued, etc. If your doctor can't find anything wrong (it's important they look beyond the numbers from the lab), then you may want to see a naturopath. If your thyroid isn't working properly, it'll be incredibly difficult for you to get energized. Good luck!

I replied once to this lady with the low energy and it looks like it did not get posted. I have the same problem as this lady. very low energy and it has been getting worse for the past year. a lot of nights I do not hardly have the strength to cook supper and would drink a strong cup of coffee to help me and even then I was still struggling. I did my research and decided to try ___ tea a special blend of black and green tea, this is not the same kind of tea you would buy in a health food store or grocery. I found a natural health clinic that will let me buy as many sample tea bags as I want for 90 cents plus shipping, I bought 8 or 9. each tea bag makes a gallon. for the first few days I notice my energy was not better, but a lot of my hunger was gone. I have also had a problem with being so hungry all the time for about 2 years. then after about a week, my energy started improving and now I am feeling a lot better. I am still tired some, but its not nearly as bad and I'm down to 2 cups of coffee a day. I have not affilation with this company and am not trying to sell anything, just help someone that has a similar problem that I have because I know how it is to struggle with my health, as I am still doing that with other issues that I have. I have also just finished a 30 day supply with humaworm, but did not feel that it helped me at all. I am drinking about 16 ounces of the ___ tea a day.

re: Angie's post.... Don't mean to sound cynical, but even with the product name removed this does sound like an advertisement!

To the woman who said she had 4 kids in 5 years and has very low energy, I'd suggest you look into your diet, if your doctor has ruled out any condition that could be the cause. I also had 4 kids in 5 years, my last is 6 weeks old, and I believe one of the reasons I'm strong is because I eat A LOT of nutritious food. Pregnancy, postnatal bleeding, breastfeeding and all is enough to sap a woman especially if it happens concurrently. It is good to look slim and fit, but its more important to be healthy and strong. I eat lots of egg, meat fish chicken, milk, yourgut, veggies and friuts, I don't get obsessed about how many calories I take daily and am a little overweight but I don't mind. I know energy level is related to food because when i chose to go on a diet to lose weight, or when I fast [am a muslim] I feel very weak. So, try eating more nutritious food and take multivitamins, calcium supplements for some time to see if it will improve. best wishes.

I would have two suggestions. 1) Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses, it has a lot of minerals and vit B. Maybe replace sugar with BSM. Or 1 tbsp BSM in milk, tea ... (See also EC'S FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH REMEDIES). 2) Calcium/Magnesium and perhaps some vit D. (better if those three taken together) Better if come from good fresh quality veggies.

Good Luck
