23 year old requests help for chronic insomnia

I am 23 years old girl from Croatia.I am suffering from insomnia for 5 years.I tried everithing to sleep but nothing helps me.I am extremely tired and I have problems with my concentration.In the beginning I didn't sleep at all for 2 weeks and now I sleep 2 days a week if I am lucky. Doctors from Croatia dont have solution for my problem.They give me tablets.I had very bad side effects from them. I was drinking them for 4 years I don't drink them for about 1 year.I sent Ted two emails but he didn't respond.

Melatonin 3mg before retiring.

GABA can quiet a busy brain. Taurine helps also.

L-Theanine or magnesium (use magnesium glycinate) helps calm you.
