B: This would certainly be an infection of fungal or bacterial type. To remedy, purchase one or any number of these herbs ---Garlic, Oregano, Olive Leaf, Neem, Grapefruitseed in liquid form from health-food store and add to food or drink for your child. Activated charcoal may also help in addition to Tim's excellent suggestions.
I have given it to my children for diarrhea of many different causes. Mine will just chew up a tablet, or you can mix 1/4 teaspoon of the powder in some juice. It will make the stool black.
I also give a charcoal tablet to little ones any time they have possibly taken something in that is of concern. All households with children should have activated charcoal on hand in case of accidental poisoning. You can find lists of what poisons will be adsorbed by charcoal at:
