How to Balance Supplement IntakeQuestion by P (Anonymous) on 12/26/2011
Whats the best way to control blood sugar and keep the weight off I am not Diabetic but am concerned about gaining weight. Another practitioner recommended taking apple cider vinegar and coconut oil before a meal. I have been drinking apple cider vinegar off and on. I done know if I have high or low acid production but I take apple cider vinegar with baking soda. I used to take it in a glass of water but now I just drink apple cider vinegar and baking soda. So is it okay to drink apple cider vinegar/baking soda, coconut oil, digestive enzymes and probiotics before a meal and magnesium glycinate at the end of the meal
I also take turmeric with coconut oil and black pepper with kyolic and ginger. I am about to go to India and I wanted to build up my immunity. I have started to lose hair so I have started using buffered ascorbic acid per your recommendation. I have a multivitamin that I ordered but dont take.
I just dont know how to combine all these supplements for the best absorption.

Some people who claim they are non diabetic are in fact diabetic depending on whose standards you are measuring. My standards are high, and it is blood sugar levels below 90 mg/dL. If it is 90 mg/dL or above you are by my definition and I based that on cancer death, there's a 97% probability of dying within a year if you're over 90 mg/dL, plus the standards in the 1970s were about that the ones after that were basically twisted statistical fact by getting the most healthy people in that era. So if everyone's diabetic, well get that is not the right answer! Hospitals do it all the time, in one hospital where diabetes is non existent they might say one thing in another hospital they might say not over 110 mg/dL or as high as not over 120 mg/dL. depending on which hospital you're in.
