Where to Find Bloodroot with Ethanol?

I've searched the internet looking for bloodroot tincture, but they only have the one that contains methanol/grain alcohol. I read one of Ted's post where he mentioned that the blood root tincture should contain ethanol alcohol which was less toxic. Does anybody know where to buy this type of bloodroot tincture. I would really appreciate it.

sorry what i meant to say was WITH ETHANOL does anyone know where i could find it.

I used bloodroot powder then I will get a beer or vodka, if ethanol cannot be found. It's 50% bloodroot powder and the rest is vodka. However, i actually use pure ethanol, but in some countries, ethanol is not found or is a controlled substance to prevent people making alcoholic beverages instead.
