One can make a urine analogue that has about some of the positive benefits of the urine without the associated problems by adding sea salt, urea, hydroxyurea, some vitamin B complex, restructuring the water with far infrared radiation under incandescent light bulb submerged in tourmaline rocks to get a hexagonal water for instance, but this is another story altogether. I am doubtful this is even close to a "home remedies" that anyone care to try.
I stand by my common sense and I think urine drinking for mercury chelation doesn't hold water, as you will be recycling the mercury back into your body. Most mercury is usually gotten rid of by the urine, or by the feces. To recycle proven toxic heavy metal waste products makes more sense if you don't have toxic substance or bacteria to rid of. If the remedies of homeopathy for removal of mercury as the medicine has hardly any original mercury anyway, I think it seems at the very least safer than drinking urine tainted with high levels mercury.
I would much prefer to just do oil pulling between brushing the teeth, take some oral EDTA, coriander chinese parsley, selenium supplements (which displaces mercury), as being a more direct approach. They seem to work quite well with autistics, especially with the citric acid and baking soda formula, which was 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, and another simpler formula, which is 8 teaspoon of lemon (or lime) juice plus 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda seems to be helpful in chelating too. If the chlorella are of good source (I had problems in the past with quality problems, but they seem to improved lately) I potentially makes the best mercury chelation naturally.
Which ever I do, I believe that removing the amalgam mercury fillings and replaced with a non-mercury is the best ways in removing of the cause.

It sounds like your child may have some developmental delays. Do you have a trusted healthcare provider There are likely many things you can do at home to work with her and help her physical and speech development.
If your child's delays are caused by health problems, then there may be some natural remedies you could try.
Is your child healthy otherwise

It will provide all answers to your questions. Urine is used for mental and brain issues along with many other conditions. Natural medicines are o.k. to use alongside as long as they are not designated drugs. Also rubbing the entire body with auto urine is very healing.
It is important to work with the child as it is quite possible for it to have normal intelligence, just applied differently.
Please do not have your child drugged with Ritalin. Or any psychiatric drugs.
A tea made from Brahmi (Gotu Kola) powder is very beneficial and helps improve the brain.
All is well. Namaste, Om
