I have been taking this for the past 30 years, but I wished I had taken them more often! Ideally I think the dose is like 5 days out of a week. The body somehow needs a two or three days of doing nothing. I haven't quite figured out why that is so, but it has to do with how the body operates in cycles, or biological clock.< xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
