Why not increase the Turmeric dosage from 1 tsp daily to 1 tsp when needed Is it toxic or does the body build a tolerance I find that the 1 tsp wears off about 8 hours after taken I am an extreme case I am taking both Imodium and turmeric. I've noticed some improvement. Imodium dosage has gone down a little. Thank you
Turmeric dose can be increased, although the underlying deficiencies or toxicity which caused your problem in the first place has not been properly addressed.
